I've
lost the registered installation file. What do
I do?
We are happy to provide you with a replacement
copy of the original file. Please download the
file from the download section.
I've
lost my license code. What do I do?
We are happy to provide you with a copy of your
license code. If you are still using the same
e-mail address that was used to order the product
you can email us from that email address we'll
email you your key again. If you have changed
e-mail addresses then please contact customer
service, including your name, old e-mail address,
order number (if known) and the last four digits
of the credit card used to place the order.
Do
I get free software upgrades and new releases?
Yes, our product includes unlimited free upgrades
for registered users. During this time you will
receive all upgrades and new versions of the products
that are released.
When
will I receive my license code information after
purchasing?
When purchasing by credit card, you will immediately
receive your registration and license code information
via email. If the product is purchased using one
of our alternative billing methods, you will receive
your registration and license code information
as soon the payment has been received and cleared.
I
just purchased online but I didn't receive my
receipt via email. What happened?
Receipts are sent immediately after the order
has been processed. Please ensure that you are
connected to the Internet and that the computer
or ISP does not have a firewall or SPAM/ad-blocker
affecting the delivery of email, please also ensure
you entered a correct email address.
